Ray J is proud Kanye West referenced his sex tape with Kim Kardashian on a song.

The R&B star – who appeared in the raunchy film with the 32-year-old reality TV star in 2007, which kick-started her rise to fame – was happy when he learned Kanye referred to the intimate home movie in his song ‘Clique’ because it reflects “real life”.

In the track, Kanye – who is expecting his first child with Kim – raps: “My girl a superstar all from a home movie.”

Ray J said: “A few people called me and I was like, ‘That’s what music is about, talking about real life.’ ”

Although his own latest single, ‘I Hit It First’, refers to a girl who “might move on to rappers and ballplayers,” who “chose to go west” and with whom he wants to make “another movie,” Ray J is adamant it isn’t about Kim, despite the apparent references.

He told Yahoo! Music: “When people first heard the lyrics or read the lyrics online they kinda took the song somewhere it wasn’t supposed to go.

“It’s life put into a music form from my perspective.”

However, he is rumoured to have cast a Kim lookalike for the accompanying music video, which he says “pokes fun” at his life.

He added: “I’m not going to say it’s a parody but it is us having fun, us kinda poking fun at my life and what we been through and just keeping everything fun.”

And Ray – who also dated the late Whitney Houston – refused to admit whether Kim is the woman in the pixelated image that adorns the single cover, saying only: “I can’t really say what the picture is because it will give it away.”

After her workout, Kardashian changed into a stylish all-black outfit accented with bright red stiletto heels for a business meeting.

Kim and her pregnancy will take center stage in the upcoming eighth season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The star is gearing up for her impending divorce trial, which is scheduled to begin early May.

Her mother Kris Jenner and several lawyers and managers are expected to testify about the pair’s relationship and prenuptial agreement, according to a witness list filed Monday in Los Angeles.

Humphries is seeking an annulment of the pair’s 72-day marriage, claiming it was based on fraud.

Kim wants a judge to enter a divorce judgment instead and has denied accusations that she married Humphries for the sake of her reality shows.

She will testify that she ‘did not defraud (Humphries) into marrying her,’ the filing by Kardashian’s legal team states.

Kardashian’s boyfriend, Kanye West, and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe are not listed as probable witnesses.

Kim Kardashian flew down to Atlanta this weekend from Los Angeles for the premiere of her new feature film, “Temptation”; a Tyler Perry creation. There, she showed off her baby bump in a lace black piece paired with leather pants and black pumps. On the read carpet, Kim revealed that being pregnant was becoming increasingly difficult as the days passed.

‘It’s a little painful at times….I’ve gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out especially when you travel. It’s getting a little more difficult.’

Kim also revealed that her pregnancy cravings are rather healthy: ‘I’m craving carrots and ranch dressing,’ she said. ‘I used to love sweets, I used to love chocolate, can’t even eat chocolate!’
